Introducing The LaunchPAD, a recovery & mental health collective.

Get accessible and personalized recovery & mental healthcare in-person or from the comfort of your home.

Our approach

We are a group of mental health & recovery professionals who provide wellness recovery action planning. As a mental health & recovery collective, we assist members by providing counseling, relapse prevention, coaching, social emotional learning & more. Let us help you connect with one of our counselors who meets your needs and is available to see you online, or in-person.

Providing you with a safe space to share

All of your appointments will take place in our soothing office environment with fully private rooms, complimentary tea and water, and individualized care.

In-person and Remote options

Our main office is located in Northwest Houston (Greater Inwood). With a second location in the Woodlands. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with teletherapy.

We offer more of what you need..

  • It's ok, to not be Okay

It all begins with acknowledging that you need and want help. Maybe you want to explore what could be. Maybe you want a safe place to share your thoughts and feelings . Or maybe you have realized you need personalized care. Whatever it is, the way you allow us to help shape your narrative makes all the difference. We are with you every step of the way.

  • Group therapy works

When group therapy works well, it can be highly cost-effective. It gives you a chance to draw on the wisdom and perspective of people facing challenges similar to your own. Group therapy can be demanding and challenging. It also comes with the same "rules" as most individual therapy sessions. What you hear in therapy is totally confidential, and won’t be shared with others.

  • W.R.A.P for Veterans

WRAP is widely used in Veterans’ hospitals and Veterans’ organizations, as well as among people who are currently serving in the military. Veterans and service members using WRAP have reported experiencing better overall physical and mental health, reduced substance use, better pain management, improved sleep, stronger relationships with friends and family members, and lower levels of stress, among other benefits. WRAP has also been found to be helpful in navigating physical health conditions, including illness, injury, and service-related disability; relocation and family separation issues; and adjustments related to deployment and returning to civilian

  • Social Emotional Learning

Social-emotional learning is the way in which we manage and understand our emotions while responding to the world around us. This includes how we process empathy and maintain healthy relationships. Setting positive goals and making good decisions are a keystone teaching social-emotional learning skills. To account for these differences and help put all students on an equal footing to succeed, social and emotional learning (SEL) aims to help students — both children and adults — better understand their thoughts and emotions, to become more self-aware, and to develop more empathy for others within their community
